I had to get work done on my Jeep after getting into an accident. Dan made my life easier and was a pleasure to speak to. He was able to walk me through the process and provided constant updates for me throughout the repairs. I will be recommended this shop to anyone who may unfortunately need it like in my scenario or anyone who is looking for general repairs. The mechanics did an amazing job essentially making my car brand new and I am grateful for the team they have.

My vehicle was in an accident and through All-State I found this location. For where I live it was convenient but what was even more convenient was that the rental that was covered under my plan was steps away from where I had to drop my car off for repair. They took my car in for a quick drop off, signing of some forms, and within 10 minutes I was in my rental heading home. During their repair they noted I needed rear brakes and rotors and my first thought was "here we go with the b.s." I was wrong. Their price was more than reasonable. Communication throughout the process was professional. Upon picking up my vehicle (in a reasonable amount of time as well), receipts, details, etc. were specific and provided. Had a wonderful experience at AutoFix! During a stressful time they were amazing. I had to get my bumper replaced. My car was done within the estimated time. They help me get a rental (which is right next door). They made the whole process super stress free. They handled the insurance once it was approved. When I picked my car up it was detailed and washed, they even noticed my tire pressure light and filled my tires! Dan was great at keeping me updated!

They did great work and my truck came back looking brand new. Jaclyn in the office was awesome and dealt with insurance company on my behalf. I would definitely reccomend using this body shop

This place is fantastic. Turned an unpleasant experience (getting rearended) completely around. Jaclyn handled everything with insurance and secured BMW parts. Addressed internal issues from collision damage and returned the car in pristine condition. The text communication was continual and non-stressful and car was returned on date promised. Highly recommend this business.
