I have been looking for a car repair shop besides going to the dealer and I believe I found one. Andrea at the front desk had great customer service and fast in responding to question I text her about after I left. The Auto shop is clean and inviting and even though this is minor customer appreciate this. I got a oil change but planning on going back for more service. I like that they sent me a text with pictures and information on what is needed to be addressed on my car. Only gave four stars due to first time going there and just getting a oil change. But will come back and give another review after I get other services done. Give them a try instead of going to the over price dealership shop I don't think you will be disappointed.

Andrea and Wayne run a top notch shop! Shortly after dropping my vehicle off I was provided a thorough detailed analysis via text of every system of my vehicle along with pictures they provided! I was very impressed with their professionalism and customer service! I highly recommend trying them out! You won’t be disappointed! Overall their service prices are little lower than going direct to the dealership!

This is the BEST auto shop I've been to, since moving from San Francisco to Murrieta! The front office with Andrea and Wayne, make you feel comfortable, like family. The entire front office and automobile repair shop is spotless... I would like to thank Gerardo for taking great care of my automobile and providing a detailed printout, with pictures. What a great experience. Staff was very attentive to my needs and didn’t try to charge me for unnecessary things. Labor was reasonable and my car is working great. I definitely found my Mercedes mechanic from now on. Thanks Frankfurt I’ll definitely be back.

My first time there. I was impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the garage. Andrea is very nice. I believe she sincerely wants to help. She pointed out a couple things that REALLY needed to addressed. I never got the impression she was trying to upsell or recommend services that didn’t need to done. In fact, she told me what will need to be done on my next service according to MB recommendations. I will go back again. You should give then a shot.
