Every step of my experience with this dealership was beyond five stars. I located a vehicle on cars.com, inquired, communication was seamless. The price was exceptional and the vehicle was in top shape. Chuck and Ian made the purchase super smooth. They were extremely transparent with the pricing. There were exactly zero surprises when I showed up to buy the vehicle after driving for a couple of hours, and I closed the deal in just under an hour. Finally, they beat the financing rate that I had pre-qualified for with Navy Federal Credit Union, so I decided to finance with them. I completely appreciate the great service provided to me during this process. I contacted Hernan Diaz several months ago to initially inquire about a vehicle and a couple months later I contacted him again when I was ready to make my purchase. Hernan was extremely helpful and returned my emails quickly and with all the information I was asking for. I have been a customer of Autohaus since they did collision repair on my Atlas (10/10 btw). I rely on them for all maintenance and service. The staff has always been very knowledgeable and respectful. On my recent visit for an inspection and oil change, they found the bolt to the oil pan had been stripped. Before telling me the repairs it would need, Tyler investigated and found they were the last to service my vehicle. He provided me with a solution and the next week my car was fixed. Bought a vehicle thinking I could trust this company like my own family after speaking with the sales representatives. After signing the sales papers, they do not care about customer service. Low ball them or do not buy from this company. This is exactly the service they will give you back in return the day you drive off the lot in that sweet car that won’t run in 2 months or cost you over 5k to fix if it isn’t under warranty. Just read all the other 1 * reviews saying exactly the same thing.

What a wonderful experience. Shout out to Dean and Chad for excellent customer service before, during, and after the close. We had purchased a vehicle in high demand and paid fair market which we had fully anticipated. This is the Porsche dealership to come to for exceptional customer service, straight forward answers to your questions and a continual effort to exceed your expectations. Start to finish , Dean heard some of my reservations and addressed and answered at every juncture w/o high pressure which ended in the decision to purchase.
