I recently had an incredible experience with Autohaus Performance that I want to share. On the recommendation of a family member, I decided to call the shop after many years, having moved to Fort Myers and stopped using their services. To my surprise, when I spoke to JC, he remembered who I was and was eager to help. For the past two years, I had been struggling with issues with my AC, with every shop and dealership in Fort Myers quoting me thousands of dollars for repairs. Given the recent birth of my daughter, I simply couldn’t afford such high costs. JC took 30-45 minutes out of his day to thoroughly explain how AC systems work, the symptoms I noticed when my AC broke down, and his thoughts on the issue. Let me start by saying, there is no better mechanic shop in Broward County than Autohaus, and no two mechanics better than JC and Jose. Autohaus was referred by an acquaintance. When I asked if he knew of a good mechanic, the first thing that came out of his mouth was yes, JC, and he's super honest. HE WAS RIGHT!!! There hasn't been a single time, that I left unsatisfied, and he's more than fair with pricing. With Auto Haus, you get great quality, professionalism, pricing, exceptional service, and always a good laugh. I highly recommend Autohaus, and I have to several friends. So refreshing to deal with a shop who actually has a personality and not a cookie cutter shop from a big name. JC was so friendly and honest with me about everything my car needed.
