I called Endurance Extended Warranty to check on extended warranty on my vehicle and unfortunately, they don't cover MO. So, they transferred me to Autoinsure. I ended up speaking to someone named Willie. He began telling me about what all Autoinsure covers under the new car plan and the down payment and monthly payment which all sounded good. He then decided to check with the Loyalty Discount Plan which was even better as far as the down payment and monthly payments are concerned because the down payment and monthly payment were cheaper.. The down payment and monthly payments wasn't bad, but the overall price was expensive. It is $4,235. It's not a bad price if you have money like that. I don't have it like that. I set up my policy to be automatically taken out of my account, which caused my policy to be canceled. When I called to get it reinstated within seven days, which was when I found out about it, the woman I spoke to, who refused to give me her name by the way, was extremely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful and she hung up on me. If you want quality insurance without a hassle and deal with people who are professional, caring and understanding, do not go with this company. They also have a location on the west side of Syracuse, which I think that is the office where the woman was from. They refused to reinstate my policy, yet they took my payment. I wouldn’t recommend this insurance company to my worst enemy.
