AUTOLAND

Bought my 2009 rav4 had it for 3 weeks and it was already having transmission issues, I spoke to one of the guys working here and he said oh damn that sucks. Im sorry damn that sucks??? Like come on now how are you guys going to just roll along selling broken cars to people.

I bought a 2013 Prius C from them. Within the first week 4 lights (brake, ABS, traction control, (!)) lit up. I had to wait 2 weeks for Toyota to look at it because my OBD2 reader wasnt showing any codes. The dealership found the code (using TechStream) and is quoting $4400 for parts and labor. The main problem is that this issue was first found out 6 months prior to me buying the car! The dealership informed the previous owner. Autoland never mentioned this problem during the car buying process. Autoland has yet to respond to any of my emails. This review will be updated if they ever do respond. Update: Autoland claimed didn't know about this problem because they do not have the Toyota's Tech Stream to properly check history of previous codes. They couldn't do anything for me as I bought

Went to check out their unique cars and a salesman there gave us a tour and detailed info of each car we were fascinated with. Love the private collection and showroom too. Can’t wait to buy one one day soon.

Got approved for a car in hours. Got a good ride. Pleasant experience. Didn't take all day.

Called asked about wheels and tires. They said they need to see the vehicle( even though I gave them all my info and even the wheels I wanted) only info I needed was cost of wheels and tires installed. So I first go to Discount Wheel and Tire to get a quote. And very happy with their quote. Except it takes about 2 weeks before they come in. I leave and head to Autoland. I get there. No customers. We get no help for 10 minutes. Finally a lady comes out of the office and says "Have you been helped?" I respond kindly with no. She then says, "Ok I will get someone, it may be a while since we are so busy." There was no one there! Finally I hear a guy say. " I guess I'm the only one working?" And comes to helps us.
