I had a positive experience with the dealership and the honest individuals there. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I felt like I knew them for a while. I had previously contacted them about two cars. I was interested in one with lower mileage and the other with slightly more mileage. I spoke to Javier, and he informed me that I could purchase either car immediately. He suggested that I come in as soon as possible to complete our loan application or one of your preferences. We arrived at the dealership an hour before closing time. Javier was busy with another customer but still managed to meet with me and my girlfriend. Javier and David at Autoleader were fantastic for the purchase of used Tesla with full FSD included. There have been lots of horror stories about this, and David knew exactly what to do. They had a very clean car, but it needed a few items and they did more than promised to make the vehicle nice. The most helpful thing David did was to make sure I was easily able to buy an extended bumper to bumper warranty from a company called amber care. Amber care read all the diagnostic codes and told me what needed to be fixed on the car before I bought it. Car ended up needing new rear windshield because of a defrost issue. Autoleader had it finished in a timely manner along with a new charge port door, additional coolant, and all the things that amber care requested. God bless these gentlemen.

The employee's are very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. My car drives and functions well. It was very clean. They even put gas in my car before diving off the lot! This dealership was wonderful! Javier was our sales rep! We called about a vehicle in the morning and went to AutoLeader by the time I was off work and walked out with not only a beautiful, VERY CLEAN AND WELL TAKEN CARE OF vehicle, (seriously my husband did a ton of research on the car and for it being a 2018, it is immaculate which tells me this autoleader dealership has cars in their lot meant to last, that look good, and aren’t out here selling lemons making them look like golden apples) but with confidence in our purchase. The process was so simple and we were in and out within an hour. They work with you on making sure you’re satisfied with what will work for you as far as your finances go.
