I had an unpleasant experience with this place. I dropped my car off at Piazza Honda of Philadelphia’s Collision Center in June 2025 after it was vandalized. There was visible damage in the front and rear windshields along with visible damage to the front of my car. State Farm chose this shop for repairs, not me. When I was notified a little over a month later in July that the car was ready. My car would be washed and given back to me. However, I arrived to find my car in a filthy condition. Despite being in the shop for over a month, the interior had thick layers of dust, visible glass shards on my dashboard and floor, grime, and even dried bird feces inside of the car. Piazza auto body is HORRIBLE! This review is long overdue. My car was hit while parked on 6/12. I was looking for an Acura/honda autobody shop and I had purchased my first brand new Honda from piazza in 2013 so I thought it would be fine to take my 2020 Acura here! Big mistake!!! When I picked up my car, no one did a walk around, car had ants, the grille was not fully put back together, I had to order the part behind the Acura sign that hides the engine parts that I was charged for and also these are not all Acura parts, and they charged my insurance over 5k for authentic parts. Shame on Piazza!

I brought my car (2014 yellow VW Beetle Convertible) to the Piazza Collision center for repairs following a fender bender. Leaving your car with strangers can be a nail-biting experience, but the team at the Piazza Collision center made the experience pleasant from the first day I dropped off my car. I'm so disappointed that I failed to note everyone's names. Two women greeted me when I came to drop off my car on 1/16/2023. Both were very friendly and made me feel comfortable with leaving my vehicle. Piazza Collision offered a time frame for when the repairs would be finished, and they appeared to work hard to meet the deadline. When I was called to pick up my car, my Lady was all washed and cleaned, and the auto body specialist (I believe his name if Geoff) who worked on my vehicle

Fixed my vehicle but left damage in other areas. I was out of a car for over a month due to someone hitting my parked car. When I went to pick it up I noticed some new scratches on my driver side rear door I was so exhausted I just took my car home. When I got home I saw more damage on places that was not involved in the accident. I have to eat it because I drove it off the lot and I know they will not take responsibility. I had to pay my deductible and was already behind on things due to someone hitting my car. So I didn’t make a fuss about the scratches I saw when I was there. It would have been nice if they were up front. They called me before I picked the car up saying my air conditioning wasn’t working properly and starts talking about prior damage. I was under the impression that you can't go wrong with the dealerships collision shop, I was wrong, lesson learned. I brought in my car for a side panel repair and it got done in about three weeks time, fine with me. When I went to pick up the car is when the problems started. There was dust all over the steering wheel and dashboard and when proceeded to clean it off I noticed there were scratches all over the plastic by the ignition key hole. When I confronted the manager about it, he said it wasn't his guys, and when I pressed on further he said he will order the new part for me. Two days later I got to put something in my trunk and that's when I noticed debris everywhere in the trunk that wasn't cleaned off.
