Jon was an absolute Gem... I have a small box truck... long story short I was traveling on 75 southbound coming up to my exit in 10 miles. Suddenly, i felt something dragging from my truck and the steering wheel started to drift, Luckly i was already in the right lane cruising. I quickly merged off the highway over on the shoulder called everyone and their momma (including my insurance company) no one answered so I phoned the nearest tow company and Fisher's Towing was the company (will leave another review). safe to say, I made the right choice because they had an attacked auto repair service shop (AutoMasters). I am new in the Ocala area and finding a place for automotive services is always a challenge in a new town especially when you have a car brand no longer on the market. After reading the excellent reviews from other customers, I was willing to take my first chance to service my 2010 SAAB 9.3. a rare Swedish auto brand no longer manufactured anywhere. I was very pleased with being able to make an appointment online, getting notifications via text and once I arrived for the service, they took my car in right away. John, the attending manager was very thorough. He looked up the proper oil that should be used on my car. He explained the costs and asked for my approval before starting the work. As a young woman traveling alone long distance on the road at night, there are few things more terrifying than running into car trouble. My car unexpectedly broke down in Ocala and Jon at AutoMasters took excellent care of me. He was exceedingly kind and honest with his assessment, and flexible with my needs when I resorted to towing the car to Tampa, Florida. I can't thank him enough for the service he provided and the way he went about it. If you need someone in the area, especially if you don't know where to go--go here!

We were driving home from Daytona Beach. Our home is in PCB. Took a different route and ended up with a broken down car. They were able to take our car in same day to take a look. The damage was pretty extensive so it took awhile to get everything fixed (not mad or upset!!) They were very professional, knowledgeable and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend them!!

I was on vacation in FL and had a 1,000 mile drive back to NJ. My breaks seemed "soft". I called John at Automasters. He scheduled me the next morning at 8 AM. They brought my car in promptly when I arrived. They took about an hour and checked my breaks thoroughly. They told that my brakes were fine and what I was experiencing was a designed "vacuum booster" which made the breaks feel differently. They didn't charge me anything for the brake checkup. These are honest and outstanding people.
