Automatic Car Wash

I would appreciate it if whoever owns this car wash would get in touch with me. I have used you guys many times in the past. But today I put $4.00 in to get a good wash time and nothing worked except for the rinse . No foaming brush, no wax, no spot free rinse . Nothing . I was in bay 2 . Please tag me in a post and I would like to give you another try however I can go to ultimate or moo moo for $7.00 and they do it all. Please get in touch with me . Thank you . Worst coin car wash ever! The foam brush was watered down drip which most of it ended down my arm from the leaking fitting. Three dollars to start and $0.25 for 20 seconds gives you no time at all. Used my credit card to finish rinsing and there wash no stop button on the machine so I got charged $10 you owe me $7 back that I didn’t use. Had to call my bank and lock my card. I will never go here again and will warn all my friends.

EDIT 4/3/25: Owner reached out and made everything right. I appreciate that, especially in this day and age. I should have read reviews first. Scammed like everyone else, this place is a joke. Swiped my card, it took my money, their piece of crap facility did nothing. Ripped me off 10.00. No number to call. Owners were there but wouldn't answer door. DO NOT GO HERE!! Now I'm currently disputing the charge, contacting BBB, and the Newark commerce dept. The place needs shut down.

2/14/26 charged my card $10 but never even turned on please reach out to me direct.

I would like the owner to reach out to me please. I got charged $10 on my credit card when I only spent $3.50. I woyld like e refund of the balance. There is no number to contact the owner listed.
