My "transmission overheated" light came on. I took it in to this shop, and within 3 hours it was done. It ended up being a pinched hose to my cooler. Replaced it, for free, and sent me on my way. Super honest. I recommend this shop.

They rebuilt my transmission and there was a minor issue which wasn’t technically their fault as a part in the rebuild kit was bad. They stood by their work and fixed the issue quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. With their extensive experience and knowledge they installed a shift kit which makes a much more positive shift and based on my research makes the trans last longer. They had great communication and were very friendly. For the work they performed I feel like I got an exceptional value. If your transmission fails, don’t trash the car. A fix at this place may be more affordable than you expect.

Took my older vehicle for a major leak we weren't sure if it was going to be the filler tube ended up being a seal in the back tighten up some bolts and sealed it also fixed my shift linkage and filled it up. The gentleman on front at the front desk who I believe is the owner took on the job personally is a beautiful person didn't even charge me a full hour. Highly recommend this shop. Fair honest and good work.

I took my Car here on the recommendation of my mechanic. I was told I would need a new transmission or he could put in a rebuilt one for less and they would last the same as a new one. Of course I would accept the most reasonable for my pocketbook. "There's just no one you can trust anymore". I got my car back a day later and I thought "wow"! Well only 2 years later it's down again doing the same thing I took it in for, the first time. This should not have happened so...I'm letting you all know, not to use Automatic Transmission Experts. They may be discounted but they do not do the work they say and they won't stand by there work! I feel I've been taken by both ATE and my mechanic!

This shop was recommended to me by a friend. This first review is 5 stars for customer service. The first time I called, Paul was on a test drive. I called back again 15 minutes later and Paul answered all of my questions and seems to know what he's talking about. I then drove my jeep 2 hours and dropped it off. Paul is just as nice in person and gave me a 2 week turnaround time for complete transmission rebuild and transfer case freshen-up. I will review again after the work is complete. The shop dog is awesome also. *Edit 2 weeks later. Picked up jeep and drove 100 miles home, it drives like new now. No leaks on the driveway the next day. *Edit 3 weeks later I had it to take it back for leaks. *Edit 6 weeks later, the exhaust system suddenly rattled itself loose an almost fell off. It
