While the detailing itself was excellent, the disorganization and potential vehicle damage overshadowed the positive aspects of the service. I had a full detail done here. My SUV came out looking great! They were even able to get the coffee stains out of my seat from where I had spilled an entire 16oz mocha. Concerns: They removed all my belongings from the glove box, the center console, side pockets, etc... and put it all in a trash bag in the rear of my SUV. Including unplugging my iPod and moving my handicap parking placard. Had I needed to use my handicap parking placard immediately after picking up my vehicle, I would have been unable to do so, potentially causing a significant problem. I have a DashMat in my vehicle. They cleaned it and it looks great. But they didn't take the time
