Bought a car here and minutes after driving from the dealership the maintenance light came on. We called the dealership back and they said bring it back the next day to be fixed and we obeyed only to still have the light on and worst thing is they sold us a lemon. They sold us a car they knew was a money pit. The car costed 12,000 but the maintenance was 25,000 not even a full 3 months we had the car. I recommend no 1 to this place and they don't want to fix our suv or give us our money back.

Incredibly courteous staff and great customer service. Alex, my sales rep, made the whole experience wonderfully simple. All the information I needed was made available beforehand and the whole car buying process was some of the best I've ever had. Definitely would recommend AutoMax Motors Time will tell how my experience with them continues, but so far so good!

3/20/2018 Myself and the owner of the company I work for went to this dealership in December of 2017 to purchase a used 2001 Toyota Tundra. The vehicle its self turned out great and the staff upon our visit were helpful. The problem on why I'm only giving them 1 star as to date we still have not got the registration and the license plates and pink slip for the truck. I called them about this previously in February after verifying with the DMV as DMV said they had "not" filed the paper work for the transfer. So I called them back at Automax and I was given the story that they fell behind on their paperwork and they would get it done that very Thursday and send it out to me in the mail. Fast forward to today 3/20/18 they STILL have not done this and they say there's issues with the paperwork

* Buyer Beware! Terrible experience. My family is now out money and the car. Shady place. ** When we bought our car a few weeks ago I would have rated this place 5 stars. It's now been a few weeks of wasted trips (they agreed to fix some issues) , hours on hold, not returning phone calls. ...and countless fraudulent activities on my card, I can't be sure at this time of any connection, but the fraud started the day after we bought the car and the location of the activities were from the same general area of the dealership. ..so there's that.

worst customer service ever, all salesmen were rude, unprofessional and very unprepared. Came in to buy to purchase a car i had inquired about and when i showed up it was completely dirty and kothing like the pictures or description. purchased another vehicle from them and 3 days later check engine light came on, they were curtious enough to let me turn it in a pick something else, which was fine for again 3 days and bam there goes the check engine light again. these people are all scammers l, preying on first time buyers, people who dont know what they're getting into and know nothing about cars. DONT COME HERE.
