I got called few times today was told pre approved through application input as first time buyer . I drove 1/2 hour and no one was around at front desk and waited about 10 minutes least for someone show up told me drive here before 530 pm . People in window saw me waiting and. No one came to say hello or ask me what’s going on. Lack of customer service and readiness already deters me away and waste of driving and coming here on on top of multiple calls from Rick. No one told me they was service center parking lot AND sales office was that was not confusing but they do pre qualify you pretty fast . I didn’t want wait 1/2 hour test drive a car . This just my own experience. Maybe they discriminated me cause low credit score or pre biased judged me but not coming back or wasting my time .
