We just purchased a Ford Escape today from Auto Max, and I have to say we are extremely happy with the entire experience! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was absolutely amazing. A special thank you to Maya for taking such great care of us throughout the entire process. She was friendly, professional, patient, and made sure all of our questions were answered. She made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. We are so excited about our new Ford Escape and truly appreciate the excellent service we received today. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! We first purchased a Kia Optima that had immediate issues, including a nail in the tire during the test drive and a broken door handle within a week. We then switched to an Infiniti QX60. Within days, the check engine light came on. The dealership reset it after a catalytic converter cleaning but did not fully diagnose the issue. The light came back two days later. Management refused a refund, citing the vehicle was sold “as-is,” despite the issue appearing almost immediately and not being disclosed. They only offered to “look at it again,” even though the first attempt didn’t fix the problem. We returned the vehicle, and they are now refusing to refund our down payment. The VP, Kaylyn Creel, was dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, we felt ignored once the paperwork

As many of you know, I recently left a review about my very first car! Unfortunately, I was rear-ended and my car was totaled.
