Automotive Advantage

When I called Automotive Advantage I spoke with Laura. She was the kindest person with so much knowledge. I told her I had a flat tire on my drive to work. While I was on the phone with her she asked me all kinds of questions to try to figure out what was going on. While at work, I had the spare put on my car so I could drop my flat tire off at Automotive Advantage. When I got there Laura had the tech make sure my spare was put on correctly. I dropped the tire off and she told me they would look at the tire and rim to see what was wrong. She called me back and told me the tire was not salvageable, but they cleanded the rim really good and to see if there was a warranty at the place I bought the tires. She didn't have to do that. I did have a warranty so I drove to Automotive Advant

Automotive Advantage was so fantastic! Laura was the best to work with! She made the whole process go so smoothly and answered all my questions, even the ones that weren't her job, with honesty, patience, and speed! They have definitely gained a new customer. Thank y'all so much for everything!

They are always super busy, but they were able to get my girlfriends car done within the same day. They didn't even charge me for some of the additional work they did on her car. They also do a lot of work on my companies vehicles, and they always find the time to squeeze us in. Laura is AWESOME! She always calls with updates on our vehicles and always lays out what options we have before proceeding with any work. Highly recommend bringing your car here, as they will always be honest with you and give you the best prices/services.
