Automotive Body Shop - Milford Nissan Collision Center

Milford Nissan Collision Center is a fabulous establishment. I was treated with extreme professional courtesy and they kept me informed every step along the way as my vehicle was being repaired. They helped me get an affordable rental so that our vacation to NH was not impacted. When I picked up the vehicle, you would never have known it was in an accident. I would not hesitate in a second using this establishment to repair my vehicle in the future. Thank you so much getting my baby back in a timely manner.

I called on a Wednesday and they got me an appointment to bring the car in on Monday. I dropped my car off, and within a few days, the car had already been looked at and taken apart. I went down to sign the paperwork, and Chris explained everything wrong with the vehicle and visibly showed me what he would need to fix. The car would have been back to me in a week if the hood wasn't on backorder. Nonetheless, Chris kept me informed throughout the process and again showed me what he fixed after he completed the autobody work. I've had jobs done on cars before, but never as spectacular as Chris's work. My car looks brand new.

I recently had my car repaired at Milford Collision and it was without question the most positive experience I've ever had in dealing with car related issues. Jennifer in the front was incredibly helpful, patient and calm (which helped me calm down from a harrowing experience), and Chris was knowledgeable, kind and equally calm - both left me feeling heard and confident. What's more, they were able to get my car right in quickly and then fixed and back to me in a week! Outstanding service from excellent people. Thank you guys!

I had my new car worked on after being rear-ended and I am so happy my insurance company referred me to Chris, Jenn and the Nissan Collision Center team. Excellent service, communication and they had my car back to me within 5 business days! Jenn knows how to work with insurance and rental car companies, and she made the entire process a breeze. I will always choose Milford Nissan Collision Center! I’ve had extensive work done there twice now, on two different vehicles, and the service and quality of work was amazing both times! Kim was such a pleasure to work with! She was always so accommodating and great with communication! Chris was so considerate and understanding when I was dealing with getting my moms car taken care of and just overall great to work with. The work they did on both of our cars was outstanding! Our cars looked brand new again each time we left there. You would never be able to tell there was any damage, even down to the blending of paint.
