Overall, I had a great experience at Automotive Collision. My car was hit by an uninsured driver in a 15-foot UHaul truck, causing quite a bit of damage (insurance adjuster's estimate was $4k). My car was taken to Automotive Collision that night, and it was smooth sailing from there. Tony was very responsive and happy to answer questions. My car was actually ready a day early, and I had no trouble picking it up. And in the end--they were able to do the repairs for quite a bit less than the insurance estimate, and passed the savings on to me, which I greatly appreciated. This occurred four months ago, at the beginning of July, and I have had absolutely no issues with the work they did. Overall, I would definitely recommend these guys.

Great customer service and work! This is my second time taking my car to these guys and they never disappoint me. My car looks and runs great again! I also referred a friend who was also pleased with their work. I will continue using their services and highly recommend them! :-)

The service I have received so far has been excellent! My car was involved in an accident late Saturday evening (Labor Day weekend) and Automotive Collision was called by the police department to tow it. Upon speaking with Marc, I was reassured that my car would be safe and arrangements were made for me to come look at the damage the next day. Not only did Marc take the time to speak with me on a Sunday and a holiday weekend, but he came to pick me up and drive me to the shop! Based on the excellent customer service and professional treatment I have received so far, I look forward to getting the repairs done here.
