Automotive Concepts Inc

My windshield was recently cracked during my drive to work so I called around a few shops and ultimately decided to go with automotive concepts. Their prices were great even though I ended up going through insurance and the overall service was amazing ! I stopped by in person and Kiana was super helpful in getting everything set up and going over the details. She even assisted to get the right insurance request so that I could have the windshield replaced quickly. She was super friendly and was able to answer any questions I had. The service was quick and timely and I highly recommend this shop!

We brought one of our rental vehicles to Automotive Concepts for a windshield replacement. They installed an aftermarket windshield and performed the required collision camera recalibration. At pickup, everything appeared fine. A few weeks later, the collision warning light came on. We took the vehicle to a Nissan dealer, assuming it was a warranty matter. The dealer determined that the bracket on the aftermarket windshield would not properly secure the camera, requiring the windshield to be replaced and the system recalibrated again. The customer service I got from Kerstin at this location was outstanding. She contacted the insurance company for me resolved everything and now I'm getting a new windshield put in. A++ customer service on the way thank you Kerstin!!!

Very happy with my crack repair. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff and the price was great. I’ll definitely come back here instead of going to safelite.

Great experience! Kiana was very prompt and helpful with getting my appointment set up & with getting approval from my insurance company. I arrived on time for my appointment and my vehicle was attended to right away. The windshield only took 1 hour to replace. Very quick, prompt, efficient service. Will definitely use Automotive Concepts for future needs and will refer to family and friends.
