Brought my 2024 4 runner for some touch up painting on the interior. The young man that worked on my vehicle (don’t recall his name but has dark brown hair -ear length) charged me $650 and did not attempt to fix the areas he missed. I pointed them out to him and his response was he worked really hard. I would have paid more if needed but his attitude was so bad I took my business else where. Fun fact: the place I went to said automotive cosmetic group has a bad reputation. I would recommend no one take their vehicle to this place of business. The young man told me business has slowed down and I see why. Poor customer service and poor work quality

The owner Rochelle Roos is extremely rude and very arrogant. I have personally used their services a few times and have sent many people there over the years but apparently loyalty is not appreciated there anymore. As soon as Rochelle picks up the phone the problems begin. One of my friends that I sent there told me the same thing, he said try to avoid Rochelle at all cost. After asking if my friend brings their car there for a paintless dent removal on the only day that they do it, which is on Friday can they also schedule a paint touch up on the rest of the car, the same day, she apparently kept getting confused and saying that we can't expect to be squeezed in and had to make an appointment for the paint touch up. Coustmer service is top notch and I am very pleased with the finished product. They painted my hood(had mild rust), bumper and wing on rear hatch. What an amazing job they done.. they were upfront with me that I may have imperfections from rust on the hood but they were able to completely repaid with no imperfections.. very pleased and highly recommend.

Went in to get wheel repainted and it does look better but wonder how long it will last since there was already a nick in it when we picked it up. Plus finish is rough to the touch when the others are very smooth. Had them redye my leather seat and they ruined the soft finish of it. It is also rough to the touch. Asked them to redo the arm rest and the glued a cover over it and tried to charge me 90.00. owner got mad when I asked her to remove the cover since it was just hanging on there. My wife and I called the day we dropped it off just to check on progress and owner Rochelle was very rude said it would be first thing the following morning. Some years ago my friend Michael Donahue told me about Automotive Cosmetic Group. He personally took me and my car there to have a bumper repainted. His interaction with the staff was great and they did a good job. Recently I fell and broke my hip and shattered my wrist. I needed some work done to my car again, so I asked Michael to setup the appointment for me, he tried to but the owner Rochelle rudely hung up on him. She then posted a response to his review that does not at all describe the Michael that I've known for 15 years. I personally will never do business with them again and I strongly suggest you read his review under Michael D They have also posted fake 5 star reviews by the owner Ron Roos and two by employee Natasha Dunn/Nat Holiday.
