I’ve been bringing my car to Automotive Diagnostic Center for years, and I truly can’t imagine going anywhere else. They have always been honest, professional, and incredibly kind. John and his wife go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They don’t just fix cars — they take care of people. Every time I’ve needed work done, they’ve explained everything clearly and treated me with respect. Today especially reminded me why I trust them so much. Their compassion and integrity meant more than they probably realize. It’s rare to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers, and I’m so grateful to have found one. As usual the service was exceptional. I was able to get an appointment to service my car when I needed it. Didn’t have to wait 3 weeks. John & crew are always accommodating, polite & friendly. My Son needed some work done on a truck he just bought. He is active in the military and needed the truck to be safe to drive back today. The folks were able to get him at short notice and take care of him. Very thoughtful, and I appreciate the work they did.

I had the absolute best experience!!! They were attentive, on top of everything, and communicated exceptionally. Very knowledgeable and good at what they do. I ALMOST took my vehicle into the dealership because I didn’t have faith in the shops in the area. This one… definitely where you want to take your vehicle. I will be from here on out.

We took my car in for 2 reasons. They called, said was fixed, charged 1000.00. Didn't make it two blocks and brought it back. A few days later and 2000.00 more dollars they said it was fixed. It wasn't, so brought it back. Over 3000.00 and they told us they had no idea what was wrong. We then took it to a retired mechanic, was diagnosed in an hour and fixed for 500.00. Seriously.
