My family and I are currently on a road trip coming from Texas, going to Gunnison CO. We had stopped in Roswell NM and had gotten an oil change at a Jiffy Lube. Our vehicle started to smoke several hours later into our trip and we could smell burning oil. Since it is Sunday, just about every auto repair shop was closed today in Monte Vista, but while we were driving through we spotted Raul working on a project in his shop. He dropped everything he had going on and checked our vehicle. He let us know that it had been over filled with oil and immediately corrected the issue by getting the level down to an acceptable level. I tried to pay him, but he insisted it was free. Thank you so very much Raul!! You are awesome!!

I am not from around this area and my car completely broke down. Although, traveling and timing being an issue I was lucky enough to find Automotive Experts. Raul is a very knowledgeable and hardworking individual. Raul went out of his way to accommodate my needs, he promised the work would be done and even though complications arised Raul worked extra to make sure he could complete the work in time. Raul has the best customer service and a trustworthy shop. Raul really cares for his costumers and hands down is the best mechanic I have done business with.
