Automotive One

My family has been going to Automotive One for over two decades. When I bought my car, I began going there too. I've had them replace rear air suspension, rebuild front suspension, A/C, fix oil leaks, brakes, alignments, you name it. Todd, and the whole team are always available to answer any questions, offer automotive advice, and are always so kind. They are so honest, and reasonable in everything they do. If you ever have a question or concern about the work they did, just ask them! Todd will always take care of it and say "It has to be right!" Right indeed, Automotive One is the best!

I called Automotive One to ask about adding a hitch, wiring, and a brake controller to our 2015 Nissan truck for towing our small camper. Carl is who helped me and not only provided me with an accurate quote but he also took the time to answer all of my questions. We went over a few factors specific for my towing needs and he made sure I wasn’t under prepared but would have everything we needed to hit the road and be safe doing so. The work done was more then satisfactory and the whole team was very professional and friendly. They advised me it would be about a few hours and thats exactly what happened. Would highly recommend them!

What a delight and seamless process it was! My A/C compressor went bad and without hesitation they were able to get me in and fixed up in no time! Everyone there was friendly and personable. What a wonderful shop and I would recommend to everyone!

Definitely the best out there. Been going there for years and with multiple vehicles. No matter when I call they know who I am and my vehicle history immediately! That is what you call attention to detail. They are honest as the day is long. Once I was reluctant about getting a very expensive repair and they were completely honest on the necessity and safety of the repair being done or not done. Another time when a repair was definitely necessary they did what they could to make it less painful. Top notch all around!

I first say if they had ten stars , o would have them a ten. We have a small construction company and when our truck went down it really made things hard and cost us a lot . We took the truck in thinking we needs needing an oil change and tune up and wound up with a new motor. Then as luck would have it , we were about to renew our lease and the building was sold and the new owner wanted the entire building, so we found out we had four days to move as our lease ended in four days. So the truck sat until we thought we had the money to finish the job, but there that luck again and circumstance did not work in our favor . But Automotive One said , no the truck need to go to work, take the truck and we will work it out . If you want a good honest shop to service your vehicle, these guys
