Automotive Perfection took great care of my BMW, not only did they do the oil change, but they also did the BMW recommended vehicle check, and took note of my brake wear, battery service life and recommend when those items should be taken care of without being pushy or making it seem like the car would fall apart if I didn't take care of them three weeks ago. That is a level of professionalism that I can respect and appreciate. Their pricing is fair, and much less than the dealership. And, in a case where you do not have an available ride (as they have no waiting room), they offer loaner vehicles, which is a great touch other shops do

Brought my daughters Audi A5 here to diagnose excessive oil consumption. Beth and team were great to deal with and only time will tell if the piston soak helped the issue. Great thing is, she’s driving the car again after it sat for over a year.

Got an appointment including a loaner within a week. Loaner was waiting for me warming up on day of appointment. It only took a few minutes to check in, and I was on my way. Work was completed in the same day. Had a short conversation with the mechanic Rolf about the work that he did. Friendly group. Will use them for future maintenance.
