Automotive Professional Repair

I was referred to by another mechanic in the area because they were packed. With this, the mechanic I have used for a while and trusted so I already knew they were going to be great. I dropped my car off for a routine transmission service. They got the job done in a day though they were also very busy. I spoke with the service provider and went over a few other issues I had with the vehicle and asked for guidance. They kept the car another day to go over it and then gave me a call to follow up with another quote on repairs. First big complement is they had he person working in my Volvo call me directly. This is an amazing place to take your car, not only for the professionalism but how my situation was handled. My car was over heating and my husband chose to take my car to get checked out to Automotive Profession Repair. They found a crack in the radiator, even showed it to us and gave us a fair trustworthy price for the work! I left and the car started to overheat and of course i got worried…. I was 2 miles up the road and we called the owner and let him know what happened. HE SENT SOMEONE TO US!!!!!!! He realized the hose just had a little air and squeezed it out!! My car has ran perfect since. For someone to send someone to us after they closed and to do the work as quick as they did, I couldn’t say better things!!

These guys are thorough, honest and fair. The most important qualities in a auto repair shop. They are especially courteous and fast.

They seem to enjoy helping and educating rather than just trying to quickly sell some expensive service.
