AutomotiveRx is hands down one of the best auto repair shops I’ve ever worked with. The team is honest, friendly, and upfront about pricing, which is hard to find these days. They diagnosed my car quickly, explained exactly what needed to be fixed, and gave me clear options to approve or decline each service. Everything was handled efficiently, and I was back on the road in no time. It’s rare to find a local shop that treats you with this level of professionalism and care. I’ll definitely be bringing my other car here when it needs service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for trustworthy car repair and great customer service.

This place is the best. They communicate extremely well and work with you to get what you need. They don't try to upsell you or tack on work that can wait. They are also the fastest shop to get work done quickly without taking short cuts. I am extremely impressed with them. I can not say enough good things about my experience with them. I replaced an alternator and battery in my 2003 Chevy Tahoe before leaving Virginia. Once I arrived in Nashville, TN, I called TechNet warranty protection when a dash light stated my battery was not charging. TechNet recommended Automotive Rx in Nashville, TN. I called Automtove Rx for an appointment and they immediately asked me to bring my Tahoe. They worked out the warranty with TechNet, and replaced the faulty alternator at no cost to me. Additionally, they performed a trip check which enabled me to leave as scheduled the next day for an 800 mile trip to Stuart, FL. I highly recommend Automotive Rx. They were professional and courteous. I have recommended my daughter use their service. They were such a blessing to me in my time of need.

Great work & great people! We were visiting Nashville to go to the Zoo when our engine light came on. They not only diagnosed and fixed our car problem, but they also went out of their way to drive us to and back from the zoo so that we still got to enjoy our day while they worked on our car. Wonderful customer service, reasonable pricing, and great work. We worked with Austin who made sure all of our problems were resolved. Given the same situation again we would definitely choose them again.

I came in for a simple oil change but noticed after that my windshield fluid line had been cut. It's a clean, precise cut that definitely wasn’t there before my visit. I was also surprised that fluid top-offs weren’t included in the oil change price. On another note, the technicians were polite and the waiting area was clean, but the overall experience left me concerned. I've been coming to this location for a long time, since back when it was a precision auto tune... but I won't be back.
