I brought my car to this shop to address multiple issues. While some were fixed, one major issue was handled very poorly. I was told the problem required replacing the catalytic converter, which was the most expensive repair option. I relied on their diagnosis and had the work done. Later, after additional testing elsewhere, the issue was found to be a much smaller and less expensive problem, and the catalytic converter replacement was not necessary to resolve it. When I raised this concern with the owner, instead of discussing the misdiagnosis, he blamed me and my father, stating that we should have fixed it ourselves rather than bringing it to his shop. I was referred by a friend to have my vehicle serviced here. This was the best decision I made as Tim identified my problem and the repair was done in a timely manner. I now bring all my vehicles here for work because of their honesty and work ethic. This place truly is amazing and the level of service is top notch.

Deceitful! Took almost 5K from my son to still have issues. Went for a timing belt, assumed the need for all other things was necessary ti find out it wasn’t. Deceiving and lack of integrity. Shameful

Had bus work done here alignment , was charged for it , then 1 week later was all out of whack after driving 1 day , was charged 2 times for the same work..... Unreliable at its finest .... Consumer beware ..... The better business has multiple complaints of over charging and they never admit they are wrong..... Try Jeff's auto

Inconsistent shop at best. Lied about problems without properly diagnosing, overcharged for poor work. $20 per wheel to balance only, and I find, literally same day, the wheel weight barely hanging on.
