The staff was very helpful with everything and happy to lend tools as needed. I spent 2 days replacing front suspension and they pointed me in the right direction when needed but ultimately let me do the work myself which was amazing. My wife helped and they didn't treat her any different. Helped teach me how to dismount and mount tires and made me do it myself to make sure I had a good understanding before walking away. Can't wait to be back and get some more work done.

You have to take a safety course and test before using, but they offer the course weekly or more and it's only a half an hour. Once you have the safety cert, it's really easy to use. Every tool you need is provided, and you can ask the staff for help on anything you are doing. They also provide small services for a fee that's way below average off post prices. Their goal is to help you increase your confidence in working on your vehicle in any way. *most* parts you will need to buy elsewhere and bring with you. It's heated, and has lifts that can accomodate any vehicle you bring in, and air hoses for air powered tools. It also has car wash bays that seal for winter use. Call them, they are easy to work with if you have questions. I'm definitely going to use them, summer or winter.

Great place to fix your vehicle. Staff is helpful most of the time. I get the feeling they are a little undermanned but Ive always gotten what I needed to finish my work quickly. Tools are in good shape.

Varies from time to time. Mechanics generally helpful. Tool counter guy very nice and helpful. Tools also vary, some need replaced while others are top notch. I think it’s hard for them to keep enough of some tools due to heavy/hard use I bring a lot of my own stuff especially specialty tools Bring shop rags/towels with you and even some citrus/scrub hand soap as they don’t have this in bathrooms any longer

Great facility and knowledgeable staff. I appreciated being able to use this facility to do an oil change on my motorcycle at the midpoint of a 10,000-mile trip from Maryland to Alaska.
