Hands down the best mechanic experience I’ve had since living in the PNW where I’m more in the know of experienced helpful mechanics. They went above and beyond for me, taking the extra time to understand what was wrong with my car when my check engine light came on not once but multiple times in spa of several weeks. We found out after couple months of investigation that it was in fact the catalytic converter. They made sure I had no surprises in my cost and kept it honest. Every time they were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful in making sure the right thing was fixed on my car not just guessing. They’ll be one of go to mechanics in the future.

They didn't ask me to leave a review. They've never told me to buy services I don't need. Those are only two reasons they're the best. They've always been accommodating even with their jam-packed workload. They've stood by every repair they've made (electric windows, battery, misc. repairs). They've given me great insight on some sketchy ways that large auto dealership service shops can operate and inflate prices. They break stuff down in normal terms to help me understand what's up, and that's a whole other skill in itself. They are not in it to make a quick buck, but rather they are in it for the long-run. The way the guys up front take time to talk through issues and explain things builds a lot of trust. I had a bit of a mystery going on with my Jeep. They figured it out and then got it repaired quickly. Was pleasantly surprised with the bill as well given I'm sure they spent some time diagnosing.

I was referred to Automotive Solutions by another mechanic and am so glad I was! I had the best experience. I called yesterday afternoon about a minor issue with my car and they fit me in first thing this morning, fixed my car, and had me on my way in no time-- and didn't even charge me anything. It was a quick job, but I still can't believe they didn't even charge me for labor. And they couldn't have been nicer (to me and to another customer I overheard them talking to while I was there). I will definitely go back if I need anything else done.
