Automotive Specialist

Have been using this mechanic for years but recently they have gone downhill. Absolutely unprofessional and irresponsible. I drop my car off on a Tuesday they tell me it will day 1 full days work to finish. I come back on Friday and they tell me the car will be ready that night or Saturday morning. I come back Saturday morning and they say the part didn’t come in and they will have it in and hour. I go about my errand and check up on my way home and they tell me they lost the keys. My husband and I both contact the owner and he’s minimally responsive, giving us indirect answers and insincere apologies. Everyone gave us different answers saying they were locked in his office, they were stuck in a friends car, or just lost and couldn’t be found. The circumstances were just sketchy. I had to

I went here to have the air on my 2007 Dodge Nitro repaired and him and his wife screwed me out of my money he charged me $350. to repair my air conditioner and it still dont work but of course he only take cash so I am out of my money.
