I had an emergency roadtrip that I needed to take but was overdue for an oil change. On the way to pick up a quart of oil to add (not a good fix, I know), I was passing by here and decided to stop in on the off chance that they could squeeze me in. The clerk was kind enough to check in with the mechanic who arranged to perform the oil change to get me safely on the road. I am very grateful to Automotive Specialists for accommodating me in my hour of need. Side note: In a time when so many places are raising prices, choosing to offer soda from their dispenser for just $1 says a lot. To me, it’s a small gesture with a big message about maintaining values and putting people first.

I love these guys been going. I’ve been going to them since I was a kid over 20 years ago. Rori and Chris are great. I hope I’m not misspelling there names lol. I’ve never had an issue. When they replaced my serpentine belt it somehow shredded again. They paid for my towing and fixed it again. No questions, no hassle. They had it towed and to the shop inside of an hour. I’ve had every single car I’ve owned fixed and serviced there. Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

The staff is amazing! Great service always. For several years we have taken our cars, trucks and motorhome to them. They call with updates. Highly recommend!
