After my car was hit by an Uber, I brought my car to automotive collision for minor repairs. They did a great job; however 9 days to replace a mirror and repaint my door is kinda unacceptable. Had to call them a few time and on more than one occasion they didn’t know which car is mine. They lack professionalism and customer service. Sadly I can’t recommend them. Bad experience.

Automotive tech is very professional! I appreciate them so much they treat you like family. When I got into a horrible car accident they helped accommodate me and got the job done! I would first like to report this collision repair shop is very clean,, conveniently located (off of Peninsula Boulevard) with a 7-11 right across the street. Reception was personnel were professional and personable. They took the time to listen to what repair work I wanted done. Their painter matched the color perfectly with color and clear coat. The prep work eliminated any over spray. This work was done in a timely manor and delivered as promised. I highly recommend this reasonably priced business and will bring my repair needs to them again.
