I have taken my car here since 2017. The main mechanic Norman is the absolute best. They are truly honest- and when they fix an issue- it is fixed.

Two months (since 07/31/25) passed when I first took my 4Runner to Norman's repair shop, got it repaired, but the same problem I took it for, persisted. The car is sitting at the shop. Norman advised that he can't get the parts. I feel like Miami is a third world country. After multiple phone calls, personal visits, and messages, he finally decided not to do the inconclusive repair. He reimbursed for the full amount after a very long and painful waiting period. An awful mistake occurred, the brake lines were not tightened and my vehicle lost 100% its brake fluid. I almost crashed against a car before me!
