Damaged my vehicle, a bolt fell out after they performed work, and a worker bragged that he stepped on the gas. I have a BMW that I modify and work on myself, and of course I care about it. I gave it to these guys to perform an alignment after installing new suspension, and they had it the entire day. A worker dropped me off, and when he came to pick me up me bragged to me that he stepped on the gas, the manager said "don't get any tickets" and that the guys "loved the handling". I don't hand my car to you to joyride it. I pay you to TAKE CARE OF IT. I came back to a gnarly new scratch on my brand new steering wheel, and a few days later, the pinch bolt for the driver's side tie rod just fell out, causing noises and knocking felt through the steering wheel - it wasn't even tightened afte

The minute you walk in the front door you will see how carefully organized the waiting area is maintained. Their staff keeps you updated on issues with your vehicle in a timely fashion. Also, if you glance through the window, you will see they are equipped with a very nice lift to work on your vehicle. No shade tree mechanics here. We were even offered a loaner car because they needed to keep our vehicle overnight. Constant communication to update you on the progress of their work, test drive after work is completed, and more communication. A true partnership.
