I don't know where to even begin with the garbage that this place of business provides. This man was given 2 months to do a week's worth of work (max) on my car. Paint and new wheels. That's all. I guess I'll start with the paint job: what a disaster. Not only is there dripping around the ENTIRE car, he somehow managed to get it on my door handles and even on my windshield. Instead of removing the adhesive that holds the decals on the rear of the vehicle before painting it, he left the adhesive on, painted over it and just forgot to put the decals back on. Ultimately anyone could come rip the adhesive off and take paint with it. Poorly done and not professional at all. He also replaced my cars battery with a very obviously used battery. Komplete auto? More like Komplete Nightmare! I didn’t get my car back until after 9 weeks. We brought it here because he told us it would be a one week job. I’m pregnant and have a one year old boy. I had to (last minute cancel) missed pregnancy appointments, had to cancel my sons first birthday plans, my sons doctor appointments, his first Christmas activities, we had to cancel his Christmas trip to see family. This was our only car. I wasn’t even able to in advance have a ride because he continued to tell us every other day that the car would be ready to pick up and do not cancel/change plans.
