I had a terrible experience. My vehicle steering had some issues in the suspension has some issues as well as as a fuel tank. I was told by the service team that they would take care of this when I brought it in for the things that I had already paid for, and they were supposed to take care of. The sales team was awful. I had a I owe you for tires that I paid for and fenders that I paid for as well as buffing the vehicle and new windshield because the windshield was cracked. I made a service appointment after finally getting a hold of someone I had stopped in two or three times to find out if my tires and fenders were in no one was taking care of anything so after I made the service appointment finally getting in touch with , They were supposed to have my car half the day they had my car f

Very friendly people and great customer service. Went in needing a new vehicle for my trade was expecting to be denied but they were able to poll of the biggest surprise an was able to get me approved for a newer vehicle. The Sales rep, manager, and finance were all friendly and very nice to me and my family. I highly recommend this dealership if your in a spot or position for a new vehicle. Overall experience exceeded my expectations. I was there for maybe between 4 and 5 hours. If I ever have to chose a dealership in the future it will definitely be this one.

The service was excellent and it brought my car back to life beyond what I thought it had. The engine and transmission are smoother than they have ever been. The steering is straighter than any tire shop was ever able to get it. The curtisy wash scratched up my car but they had me bring it back and made it look like a gem. They took great care of my car above and beyond. Thank you!!

In March of this year, I leased a brand new 2024 Acura ZDX. We got an amazing deal from AutoNation Acura in Colorado Springs. Unfortunately after signing all the new lease paperwork, I noticed a very small ding/dent/chip on the hood. The salesman and the sales manager came out and verified what I had discovered. They gave me a “We Owe” form stating that they acknowledge the ding and that they will take care of it at a later date. It took 4 months and several emails, texts, and phone calls, but the ding has finally been taken care of and I’m very happy! I’m grateful that I’m the end, AutoNation Acura did hold up their end of the bargain. Thank you to Steve, the service manager for helping me get this taken care of!
