I bought a 2022 GMC just 4 short months ago, something went wrong with the vehicle. I bought all the extra warranty packages. The vehicle is sitting at the service department for 2 weeks now, no diagnosis yet, no calls, just the run around, with lies. I was told a few days to diagnose, then 7 days. It’s been 2 full weeks, no calls, no diagnosis, no vehicle to drive, nothing. New car, all the extras packages, for a huge waste of time and money!
I feel your pain. I have a 2020 GMC Sierra this coming Monday, which will be two weeks, and it's just for my ac 🤦♂️
Please don’t buy here it is fraud and advantage the car hardly last 2 weeks.they also say they pay for your car if anything happens to the car before 1 month they lied and I gave my car to them just to wait 2 months and stay they can’t fix it and I owe them money??!!PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH DEALERSHIP 😡
