Horrible place to bring you car ! 1 - I have a brand new gmc terrain 2025 , came in for my first maintenance on warranty, but also because was leaking oil . 2 - it has now been 3 months since they have my car , every week telling me it should be ready in couple days .. but no lies ! 3 - they have had to get parts for it and now saying my car won’t start . They also have maybe 2 gmc certified mechanics that can work on the cars but are almost never there so it takes time . They are total bullshiting everytime you call in . Juanita the so called manager there has been no help what so ever . Even an employee there told me next time go to another dealership . Says it all ! 4- they gave me a loaner that I can’t leave Clark county with , a small car compared to the one I own . So it has mess
Worst dealership i have ever been..the service department is really terrible experience..they ruined my car!!!!!
