You parts department is super rude and never answers the phone you have to go in person and when you there they are rude too you need to hired people the want to be there.

I did received a verbal arrasment from one lady that work on that dealership ,insulting Me , while puting gas on my car on the gas station next to it. Very umprofesionally

Rude employees, very dismissive and seemed very miserable in their positions. Went to pick up an online order after they stated they had the item in stock and instead of giving me the item from their inventory they stated I must wait till the online gets delivered to their inventory because their GM prices arent the same ONLINE as IN STORE. So go ahead and SAVE MONEY by ordering it online and do not purchase anything from IN the parts department as they do not even price match, yet brag about beating other dealership part prices. Sad and very dishonest.

Muy Malo, very bad service. Very dishonest people. They charged $250 for a diagnostic fee. Then said it would cost $8,500 to fix the car. I fixed it myself. It turned out, all needed was to change was spark plugs and a water pump for my Saturn Vue 2002. The employees do not care and have mentally checked out years ago!
