Horrible. One star is too much. No matter what time you call for a check if they have a part, it’s “hold please” and hold music before you can say half a word. Then your on hold until the end of time with no respect or common courtesy to either get a phone number to call back or ask if i can keep holding (and wait for an answer). How do they make money on retail (outside of internal orders from the shop) is beyond me. If you don’t know how to manage clientele in person or on the phone you don’t even belong behind the counter.

Was not a good experience. It took 5 days to do a simple job. Try to over charge me wherever they could. Plus there phone system is horrible. You could never get people on the phone let alone leave a message

Went there and nobody wanted to help so we went through to the Camaros and it seems all of the cars are locked so we couldn't see anything. We won't be going there to buy my wife's Camaro. Shame on you is a sales dri en environment and everything is tailored to drive people away. The sales managers needs to up their games or be replay as they promote anti customer habits or policies.
