I took my Jeep to AutoNation Jeep for a routine oil change and alignment—both went smoothly—but ran into major issues when I asked them to update the Uconnect software. I had a confirmed appointment, yet they wouldn’t even start on my vehicle until late afternoon. At 4:00 PM, Yuri called to say the update would require me to leave the Jeep overnight—despite the fact that a software flash should take a couple of hours at most. I explained I couldn’t leave my vehicle and reminded them that an appointment means the work starts on time. Frustrated, I insisted on picking it up that evening. The service at this dealership was good. Nice friendly staff that suggested free coffee or hot chocolate because it was so cold this particular morning. By the time my hot chocolate was cooling off and I was able to drink it they were finished with my fluid changes and a complimentary car wash. Great job staff

Normally the service at this location is awesome. But I had an issue with the road hazzard on one of the four tires I purchased there. The manager Marcus did take care of the issue and my tire was replaced and he was very friendly and attentive.. However the same issue that I had with the DOT numbers not being entered accurately is still an issue. Because when they were done I didnt receive the DOT numbers on the tire that was replaced. I have called for Marcus every business day since that day and have not heard back. SO God forbid if I have another issue with that tire I have no record of the DOT number which he informed me that I should always receive.

Service team is great. Very helpful and communication is amazing. Been working with Yuri for the past few times. She is wonderful. Take both my personal and work vehicles to this deal for service. Even non Dodge or Ram vehicles get serviced here.

Fernando was great to work with. We kept checking on the vehicle as we were driving over an hour to see it. Kept us informed, had the vehicle ready and was very pleasant to work with.
