Took an hour and a half for an Oil change even with an Appt? And Manager seemed surprised I thought that was long?! But even with taking their sweet time, they missed doing the emissions inspection that I had requested , though they did remember to charge me for it and not refund as far as I can tell, though I’ve asked twice now. Missed doing the wiper fluid assembly repair quote I requested with my online appt notes. Filled the tires with only 27 pounds of air, though the door specs said 33 min. They must have let air out of the tires to reach 27? Didn’t reset the Oil maintenance reminder either so that’s been lighting up. They sent me 3 pics for maintenance items but when checking out they didn’t mention them or quote them. I forgot because I was trying to get an answer on the emissions
