So originally I inquired about a vehicle for my daughter The sales representative that we ended up getting was the same sales representative from a different dealership like 4 years ago not that we knew or remembered each other at the time but with a couple visits that I had I ended up finding out that it was her. Her name is Citali (Cici) this sales rep went above and beyond not only being courteous and kind and friendly and welcoming and helpful but of all the questions that I threw it her to try to find the right vehicle for my daughter she never once did not have knowledge of what was going on My daughter purchased a car and then I went in and between her the sales manager Chris and the finance gentleman Road. This was probably the best car experience I have had. I love how the team worked together and came together and helped me feel secure in my purchase. I told them exactly what we needed what we were looking for and they had it. I cannot think Ivan, Chris and Max enough they are the best.

You know, I was dreading bringing my truck in for service expecting to be told I’m going to need to leave my truck a few days for a ABS system update and tailgate latch recall. Long story short, I was in and out under an hour with all recalls fixed. Genuinely thank you. Sincerely, not much stresses me out but the thought of having to leave my truck somewhere absolutely does and you all are amazing so thank you for knocking it out of the park and getting me on the road quickly.
