I decided to trade-in my 2022 Jeep Compass for a 2026 Jeep Compass because I needed a power liftgate and loved the panoramic sunroof. We have purchased 2 vehicles from Autonation (Dodge in NRH). The first was a used vehicle. Unfortunately, it came with a lot of challenges. Autonation made every attempt to make those challenges right. I can't fault them for latent issues. The still reacted to fix what they could. The second was a new Ram. It was a transfer from out of state and wasn't set to meet their own level of delivery. Again, Autonation made it right. Not only did everything we expected end up being resolved, we made a few great post sales relationships along the way. Small issues were met with big reactions. Very fair price on both trade and new Ram 1500 RHO. Team was very professional, and Juan, salesman, negotiated based on facts and not hyperbole. This team wanted a deal and listed closely to what I wanted, and, more importantly, what I didn’t want. Not pushy. Finance, Jake, told me what they could do, but I was able to use USAA, member over 30 years, to get a shorter term loan at a rate I wanted.
