BEWARE!!! VEHICLE DAMAGED!!!! DISHONEST SERVICES!!!! I purchased a New Wagoneer in April 2025 and brought it to AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Pembroke Pines on November 12th for an engine warning light, oil change, and tire rotation. What should have been routine service turned into a nightmare. The dealership kept my vehicle for 8 days for basic service and a control module reprogramming. When I arrived to pick it up, the vehicle was damaged (broken mud flaps and paint damage), the tires were not rotated, and I have serious doubts the oil change was ever performed. The dealer agreed to fix the damage and rotate the tires. Instead, they kept my vehicle for 37 days, made 3 failed repair attempts, and caused even more damage. I came in yesterday for an oil change and had an excellent experience. The service was quick, efficient, and handled very professionally.
