AutoNation Collision Center Airport Miami truly exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, George was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. George kept me informed throughout the process and made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and easy. The quality of the work of the entire team is outstanding — my car looks brand new. You can tell they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their customers. UPDATE: changing it to 3 stars since the shop did a much better job second time around. There are few spots where clear coat runoff is slightly visible or specks of dust trapped underneath physically protruding, as well as visible black specs under the clear coat. I’d expect better from a professional bodyshop, especially for $1800 for such a small panel. They did fix the issues with edges though, as they promised. Brought in my company vehicle Camry to repair a clear coat bubbling defect on the top part where the front emblem is. The car is 2025 and has only 4k miles on it. Although it was a small spot, they said they’ll need to take off the entire piece and repaint it fresh, estimating the repair at whooping $1800 - keep in mind that this is not even the entire bumper but a much smaller

Not sure why they have bad reviews cause everyone there is actually very nice. Literally everyone, from the manager, the service advisor, the mechanics, everyone. They fixed my car pretty fast, I was able to drop off my rental car there and they returned the car for me. (To an enterprise they recommended) that was pretty convenient. I’m happy with the work…. Also I’ve learned that the process only keeps going smoothly IF I CALLED my insurance company and put pressure on them. Otherwise your looking at 3 months without a car 😂😂😂

One of the worst mechanic experiences I've gone through. Had some body work to take care of from an accident. Rear bumper was damaged and needed to be replaced. Car was turned in on Oct 2024, did not get the car back till March 2025. Throughout the entire time, I was hit with "delivery" issues, that delayed the card being fixed. Then there was an issue with the car not starting (the car was drivable and was used for several miles), then they tried to upcharge me with pump issues, new battery, etc. When the insurance company didn't want to pay (since it was drivable and had none of these issue) they tried to bill me. Had a lot of back and forth, negotiating, and headache. They had to sent my car to another dealership to fix the issue they created, then tried to bill me for the tow to the
