AutoNation Collision Center Fort Lauderdale South

My insurance company (Progressive) recommended this location for minor collision repairs. Quality of work received was sub-par all around. Used/broken parts were installed (used headlight, started fogging up next morning) and they caused additional damage during install (broken front camera). Also they are not great at paint matching, there's a noticable difference on re-painted bumper (dark blue-probably a difficult color to match). Also some work included on estimate wasn't completed at all initially. Had to bring car back for rework. All repairs were finally completed but process took nearly a month in total (initially estimated at approx 10 days). Still disappointed about paint mis-match, my 2 yr old luxury SUV now looks much older and feels like damaged goods. Wish I took vehicle else

Disappointing experience at AutoNation Collision Center FLL South. Collision repair work was sloppy and should not have passed quality control. Communication was extremely poor—multiple calls and texts went unanswered. I was later charged full MSRP ($450) for a replacement glove box after being told the price was “at cost,” which was misleading. No apology, goodwill adjustment, or accountability was offered despite the issues. Would not recommend based on repair quality and lack of customer service.

Not close to where I live, but they are now going to be my forever auto body shop. Excellent customer service, and EXCELLENT workmanship. I felt really taken care of throughout the process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Have experienced the worst service from Ft Lauderdale Mercedes/Autonation Collision Repair Center. After losing my convertible C300 front bumper during the recent king tide and high flood, Geico claims has provided the repair to be made at my shop of choice (dealer). Since 10/10/25, my vehicle has been in for repair, and yesterday I received a call from the manager saying they ordered the wrong model bumper, blaming the insurance for requiring off-market parts and taking no responsibility for their immature, unacceptable, displaying a total disregard for the inconvenience they are causing me as a customer. I expect some reimbursement and accountability coming from both Mercedes/Autonation to ratify their mistake and lack of customer service. I am currently waiting for a response from a cor
