AutoNation Collision Center Fort Worth

AutoNation Ford Collision Center on Martin Luther King jr drive is a great body shop. This is my preferred shop and they've repaired my car several times over the years because I know the workmanship is going to be outstanding. The service is impeccable , especially my service advisor Elizabeth Baxter. I enjoy writing great reviews for this shop because they deserve all the credit.

The only thing they did right is make it look good as new, they match the color perfect! But that's only half the job. It took them over 45 days to complete. Who ever in the back working on your vehicle is carless and sloppy! My windows where not tinted right with lots of holes. Around the door frame had rough edges and the driver door was rattling and knocking. And the most terrible experience I am having now is that the vehicle will not run. Photo1 show the tint job, Photo2 shows the carelessness of not grounding the trailer hitch wiring, Photo3 shows the sloppiness of there work returning the vehicle back to me dusty and they covered the wire of my trailer hitch signal connector. Very disappointed in the service. I went in for an estimate and they left my car a filthy mess inside and started doing repairs without my authorization. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate they should've put those papers down on the floors instead of leaving dirty footprints on my carpets and finger prints on my door.will not be back to this location.

Very responsive, friendly and professional. The car performed like I was driving it off the lot again for the first time !

professionalism lacks at this place from the receptionist to the tech guys in the back. they left my car half way done and i had to go back and have them fix my car again. the receptionist had nothing but attitude and overall the experience was horrible. never taking my car to this place. even my car insurance people said this place was horrible to work with.
