Though this team specializes in BMWs they took excellent care of my Audi not once but twice after dealing with two different incidents where another drive struck my vehicle. Staff was very friendly and informative through the process. The team worked quickly with my insurance in both instances and I was satisfied with the repairs made. I have used other repair facilities but would chose this one again and again from my good experiences.

He made the entire process an easy and enjoyable experience. The quality of the repair work was top notch. The vehicle was completed to perfection. In January when I was on my way to work a car hit me from behind and damaged my 2021 BMW X4. I was concerned that my car would not drive the same after it was repaired. I was familiar with AutoNation Collision Center and took my car there The team did an amazing job. Kudos to Estimator Donna Cutchshaw. I expressed my concerns to her that I did not think my car would drive the same. She was so professional, friendly and she kept me updated throughout the process. I really appreciate the quality of work on my car and the great customer service Donna provided. My car looks great after the repair and it drives the same as it did before the accident.

Great group of people. They helped me get my BMW back on the road and looking great. Chris did a great job keeping me informed and updated through the entire process. Wow! I’ve had a bad back sensor that I could not get calibrated in houston. I brought my BMW to Dallas to auto nation collision and they took my car, diagnosed it and REPLACED THE SENSOR AND FIXED IT WHILE I WAITED- less than an hour - WOW! The BEST SERVICE! Jimmy was on it and Shaylee was AMAZING!! Everyone was so friendly!!! I wish I knew everyone’s names because EVERYONE WAS AWESOME!
