My car repair through my insurance was a great experience. Bryan, the adjuster was amazing, he was very friendly. If I had any questions or concerns they were addressed. The communication between Bryan and myself was good he kept me informed.

Brian, my collision advisor fixed everything without questioning and made sure for no future problems or concerns. Guys did a great job and stand behind their work.

My experience with Auto Nation Collision Center Margate was as good as it could be. The professionalism of all involved could not have been better. The workmanship was great my truck looks as good as it did when it was new. I would recommend it to anyone needing bodywork done .

very poor experience truck had mostly cosmetic damage from an accident. told me it would be maybe 2-3 days to fix, it was there almost 2 weeks. when I arrived to pick it up they did not even do any work at all to 2 of the doors and part of the front panel. in front of me they came out with a drill with a polishing bit on it and some detailing rub and tried to polish it up in front of me for about 10 minutes. OF COURSE I WAS CHARGED ON THE RECEIPT 3 HOURS OF WORK FOR THIS. can't believe truck was there for 2 weeks and they did not even do half the work then tried to pass it off with a quick polish. they also told me multiple different stories as to why the truck took so long. the story changed a few times. Warning!! My insurance adjuster from Geico was professional, courteous, and forthcoming with information concerning the repair of my Mercedes Benz for hail damage. The initial meeting with AutoNation in Margate was good. The conversation made me feel optimistic about receiving my car back in a timely manner. However, it took AutoNation 38 DAYS to repair hail damage on my Mercedes Benz. Follow ups were inconsistent and the information about the process seemed questionable. AutoNation was blaming Geico for the hold up. From the beginning of accepting the job, Geico informed AutoNation that a Paintless Dent Repair – PDR was needed to aide in completing this repair work.
